Jason Keith is the Founder and Managing Principal of Ross Blake Asset Management. With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, and operations, Jason is adept at driving growth and optimizing performance across diverse asset classes. He has successfully led multiple asset management teams, overseeing national portfolios of multifamily, student housing, and retail properties valued at over $8 billion.

Prior to starting Ross Blake Asset Management, Jason was the Managing Director and Head of Asset Management at Core Spaces. Jason built and led the firm’s asset management function, spearheading strategies that maximized portfolio performance and strengthened equity partner relationships. He played a pivotal role in the sale and recapitalization of $1.2 billion in assets and led the development of a company-wide business intelligence platform, enhancing data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

Prior to Core Spaces, Jason held leadership roles at The Scion Group, Cohen Financial, OneWest Bank, and Mesirow Financial, where he refined his expertise in financial structuring, investment strategy, and value creation. 

Jason holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas and a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University. He has also served as President on the Board of Directors for Jewish Council for Youth Services, where he guided long-term strategic initiatives and operational enhancements.
